Return Eligibility

Vehicles are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. The vehicle must remain in the same condition as when originally sold.

Return Conditions

• Mileage must not exceed the limit specified in your purchase agreement.
• All original documents, including the sales invoice, must be provided.
• No modifications or alterations may be made after purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

• Provide your reason for return and supporting documentation.
• Our team will coordinate a vehicle inspection and guide you through the next steps.

Inspection & Approval

A thorough inspection will confirm that the vehicle meets all return criteria. Returns will be approved only if the vehicle passes all inspection points.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Vehicle exchanges may be available for a car of equal or lesser value, subject to current inventory.

Non-Refundable Charges

Certain fees such as taxes, registration, and administrative costs may not be refundable.

Exceptions

• Returns outside the 30-day window or not meeting policy conditions may be declined.
• Vehicles with signs of damage, neglect, or improper care post-purchase may be ineligible.
